Cape Bridgewater

Cape Bridgewater offers some spectacular scenery including views over the white sands and deep-blue waters of Bridgewater Bay, sand-petrified forest, freshwater springs and lakes, rugged cliffs and a blowhole.

You can take a 2-hour walk around the cape to a lookout above a large breeding colony of fur seals. Alternatively, take a boat tour for a closer look at these playful animals.

Cape Bridgewater is 21 kilometres south-west of Portland, off the Great Ocean Road.
