Day Street

  • You can find a consistent beach break here. Best in south-westerly to south-easterly swells and north-westerly to north-easterly winds.

Boomer Beach

  • At the eastern end can be a scary right reef break, breaking on a shallow reef bottom and a stomach dropping take-off. Best in 1 to 3 metre south to south-westerly swells. Experiences surfers only.

Petrel Cove

  • You can find some left and right reef and beach breaks. Best in south-westerly to south-easterly swells and north-westerly to north-easterly winds.

Waitpinga Beach

  • This place can get some quality waves quite often depending upon the sand banks. The waves are usually fast and hollow and best in south to south-westerly swells and north-to north-easterly winds. For the more experienced surfer.
