About Walpole
Population 450
This small village is surrounded by some spectacular scenery including rugged coastline, inlets and white sandy beaches.
The town is undergoing a mini tourist boom due to its close proximity to the Walpole/Nornalup National Park and the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk, which is situated 14 kilometres south of the town. This unique 600 metre man-made walk is suspended in the tree canopy 38 metres above the ground and provides some spectacular views of the park and surrounding countryside.
There are many other activities to partake in and around Walpole. Some of these include, canoeing, fishing, climbing, bushwalking and sailing.
