About Dongara & Port Denison

Population 3,000

The twin towns of Dongara and Port Denison are situated on either side of the Irwin River. They are coastal fishing villages with beautiful beaches that provide the ideal setting for sailing, surfing, fishing, windsurfing and swimming.

During Spring, these towns are also a good base to explore the nearby magnificent wildflower country.
