The Murray River (which runs through the town) is a good place for water sports such as jet skiing, water skiing, boating and fishing.
Walk part, or all of the Federation Trail, which meanders past historic railyards, river wetlands, rugged gorges, forests, vast farming lands and the Monarto Zoo.

Being a medium sized town Murray Bridge offers a large regional shopping centre, accommodation, restaurants, hotels and services.
With the Murray River running directly past the town, it is a good place for water sports such as jet skiing, water skiing, boating and fishing.
You can see the town's main historical sites on the five kilometre long Rail and River Walk, or for more serious walkers there is the 79 kilometre Federation Trail, which goes all the way to Tungkillo.
Other attractions include Dundee's Wildlife Park, which has wildlife shows, the Captain's Cottage Museum, which tells the history of the town and 20km west of town you will find the Monarto Zoological Park, which has many Australian and exotic animals.
